Free Edge Studio is a beauty based company led by licensed nail technician and certified makeup artist Jillian Schiavo. Although Free Edge Studio is newly founded and based out of Poughkeepsie, NY; Jillian has been working in the Mid-Hudson Valley Area since 2012. Taking pride in the ability to adjust to different tasks at hand, she views every person as a blank canvas. Learning her crafts at Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics & Skincare, Temptu inc. , as well as Brow Design International she has molded into the artist she is today. She also holds an OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Certificate.

Accompanied by Christine Lumia, a self taught makeup enthusiast. Christine has been apart of the Free Edge family since 2019. Working along side Jillian as an assistant, Christine has grown her craft and love for the industry and wedding realm exponentially.

Specializing in bridal specialties and traditional makeup applications. Her keen eye for detail encourages and ensures each client that their receiving a custom look exclusively for them! Making sure they feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin.
